"Now I know that the LORD is greater than all other gods, for he did this to those who had treated Israel arrogantly."  Then Jethro, Moses' father-in-law, brought a burnt offering and other sacrifices to GOD, and Aaron came with all the elders of Israel to eat bread with Moses' father-in-law in the presence of GOD."

"Moses chose capable men from all Israel and made them leaders of the people, officials over thousands, hundreds, fifties and tens."

Exodus 19:1-6

"Then the LORD said to Moses, "Tell the Israelites this: `You have seen for yourselves that I have spoken to you from heaven."

"Then HE said to Moses, "Come up to the LORD, you and Aaron, Nadab and Abihu, and seventy of the elders of Israel.  You are to worship at a distance."
Exodus 24:1

"Moses then wrote down everything the LORD had said.  He got up early the next morning and built an altar at the foot of the mountain and set up twelve stone pillars representing the twelve tribes of Israel.  Then he sent young Israelite men, and they offered burnt offerings and sacrificed young bulls as fellowship offerings to the LORD."

"Moses and Aaron, Nadab and Abihu, and the seventy elders of Israel went up and saw the GOD of Israel.  Under HIS feet was something like a pavement made of sapphire, clear as the sky itself.   But GOD did not raise HIS hand against these leaders of the Israelites; they saw GOD, and they ate and drank."

"This is always to be the regular share from the Israelites for Aaron and his sons.  It is the contribution the Israelites are to make to the LORD from their fellowship offerings."
