It is very critical to not only read GOD'S Word, but to always believe it, for without personally acting on the faith revealed in GOD'S Word, we are a weak and helpless people open to be attacked and conquered by every spiritual force against us. The LORD has not left us unprotected, but armed us especially by the power of HIS Word. A natural example can be found from the US Navy. When a ship Commander knows without doubt that his ship and crew are ready for battle against their enemies, they usually give the following command; "Full Speed Ahead!" The Engineer aggressively turns the engine to full speed and the ship moves forward as fast as possible to engage the enemy with every intention of winning the battle.
