My Life Means Something
Because I Met
JESUS!

Welcome to the article on the topic - My Life Means Something Because I Met JESUS!

Not long after I became a Believer in JESUS 30 years ago I was in a Christian Book Store and came across a sign that had an old man pushing a broom.  The face of the old man is smiling as he is doing simple chores.  It is quite obvious that he is a joyful, fulfilled man.  The words above his head are:  My Life Means Something Because I Met JESUS!

I purchased the sign and placed it above my office desk so I would see it every day.  The sign has reminded me that no matter the task or calling the LORD put into my life:  My Life Means Something Because I Met JESUS!

It is very easy to feel too important about yourself because of a position in life, or higher education.  I have listened to many self important people speak down to those pushing brooms as if that fact alone dictated the value of the individual.  In GOD'S eyes, the CEO of a Corporation is of no more importance than a man HE has pushing a broom for HIM.  The person that forgets that truth may one day loose their important position and may not be able to afford to purchase a broom or find an Employer who will hire him for the job.  Life's true importance is all about:  My Life Means Something Because I Met JESUS!

It's not an individual's big position or seemingly success in life that makes them important, or even satisfied for that matter.  Some of the most lonely, desperate, drug addicted or alcoholic people are extremely wealthy or popular in the eyes of the world such as an actor for example.  What they really needed was to live their life as one who declares:  My Life Means Something Because I Met JESUS!

Everyone needs to ask themselves the following question; "Do I know or want to know JESUS CHRIST as my personal SAVIOR?"  The world is full of Kings, Presidents and world Church Leaders who have refused to believe or accept JESUS CHRIST personally.  For all those who make the personal choice not to believe in JESUS will the very moment they die, wish they had been satisfied to push a broom for JESUS during their lifetime because from the bottom of their heart they know the truth of these words:  My Life Means Something Because I Met JESUS!

Philippians 15:5

"I am the vine; you are the branches.  If a man remains in ME and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from ME you can do nothing."  ."
