There are no established, die hard rules on who receives a miracle and who does not receive a miracle.  Speaking as someone who is the benefactor of several miracles in his life, I never doubt that a miracle is on the wind for everyone who needs a miracle in their life today.

I am convinced of this, receiving a needed miracle is a matter of relationship with the JESUS CHRIST.  The only miracle a sinner can expect to receive is the one in which they cry out to GOD for the forgiveness of their sins and their believing on the Name of JESUS for eternal life.

When seeking GOD for a miracle, it is important to consider the following things:

• Believing the LORD knows your heart and wants to provide the miracle you need is essential.  I have read letters from many people who confess they are not worthy of a miracle or that the LORD gives miracles to other people but would never bless them.  This unhealthy and unbelieving heart should not expect a miracle from GOD as long as they feel this way.  The Word of GOD is clear -
