I'm In So Much Pain! |
You have come to this page because of the suffering you are going through right now due to the fact that your loved one has left you.
Your suffering is real, and things feel horrible for you right now. You probably don't think that things will ever get better for you. Let me assure you, they will in the future. What seems impossible now, will work it's way out over time.
It is critical that no matter how things eventually turn out between your loved one and yourself, it is time, right now, to take care of yourself. I have seen families brought back together over time, and I have seen those that failed permanently.
Whether or not things work out the way you hope and dream they will, it is mentally, physically and spiritually harmful to do nothing during this time. You can't really do anything to change your present situation between you and your loved one that has left, but it is up to you to do something about yourself.
You are not responsible for what you can't change, regardless how painful it is to go through hard times. You have to resolve to do all you can to move forward in your personal life day by day.
Now if children are involved, you must take the appropriate actions to show them your love and acceptance and be sure to concentrate on their daily needs. If you are suffering a loss, just imagine how poorly they happen to be feeling right now. As you see to the needs of others, you will discover you are also taking care of yourself, building a better, stronger mental health. This is very critical for your future, and you do have a future.
