Don't Give In!

In this life there is so much pain and sorrow,
That at times your heart may feel hallow.
Don't give in, hold fast to hope and prayer,
while remembering that Jesus is always near.

There are moments when darkness is all around,
And times when no joy can be found.
That is when your lay your fears at God's feet,
For in that out of trust satan finds his defeat.

There are days that are filled with laughter,
And still more to come with Jesus ever after.
God's helping hand is always ready at your side,
So don't give in to that urge to run away and hide.

Jesus bled for you that day on the cross,
He's crying out to save your soul from being lost.
Don't give in to stan's lies that you are all alone,
For if you just believe in your heart, Jesus will make His home.

I understand how this life can be hard to bear,

But God is full of love for you and His Word is your guide,
So stand up tall for all to see and say; "I know Jesus" with pride.
