4.    Find yourself a Church this week.  If you have been burned in the past in a Church and haven't gone back since, find a different Church right away.  Most of us have had our mother burn biscuits when we were growing up and did not stop eating biscuits because of that one experience.  Just because someone in a Church burned you in the past, don't give up on the Church forever.

You would not believe what some people in Churches have done to me personally.  No other organization has hurt me, misunderstood me or attacked me than those particular people.  And yet, being an active member in the Church is GOD'S plan for my life, and yours as well.  

Seek out a Bible believing Church right away, if you are serious about what you are supposed to be doing with your life, go to a local Church and become an active member there, stop looking for reasons not to go.  Everyone needs fellowship with other Followers of JESUS.  Even in Countries where going to Church for praise, worship, Bible teaching and fellowship, people go at the very risk of their life.  There are Churches in some Countries that are surrounded by militants during the Service, when the people come out of the building, the women are gang raped by 12-20 men, the men step out the door only to be beaten by dozens of these militants, often brought to near death.  After being fit to leave the hospital, these men and women Followers of JESUS return to their Church for the Word/Praise/Fellowship with one another, all the while knowing that their Church is once again quite likely to be attacked, and often is.  These Believer's know what awaits them when they step out the door, and yet, they came anyway to be with the LORD and one another.  This scene is totally different then the Believer's  in some Countries who deliberately stay home from Church on a particular Sunday in order to watch a Sports Game.  Maybe there really does not exist as much choice in the matter as some of us think after-all.  Let's follow GOD'S blueprint to remain on HIS Path.

5.   Get yourself into Prayer Groups at your Church.  Ask people to pray for you as you are currently seeking answers as to what you are supposed to be doing with your life.  GOD will speak to your heart first, and the people who are praying for you will bring confirmation.

6.    Align yourself with a godly (same sex) prayer partner in your Church or a family member and have them pray for you as often as they will.  Be sure to pray when you are together and ask them to continue to pray for you in between visits.

7.    If your answer does not come to you within a few weeks (at most), make an Appointment with your Pastor or the Biblical Counselor of your choice.  The serious seeker has no reason to put off important steps to the answers they need.

Lastly, since this is not a long search for the answers to why the LORD created certain animals (I hate snakes by the way), and the LORD wants you to know what you are supposed to do with your life, have confidence in HIS help.  GOD will to set your direction in a very short time period.  If you want to be blessed in life, follow the Path HE lays out for you and you can't go wrong.
